Buno Coffee collaborated with Architecture Riot to design its branding and first cafe located on St. Clair West in the Wychwood neighbourhood of Toronto. Their bold desire to serve specialty coffee is represented in their vibrant brand colours of blue and yellow which crop up in various elevations and are balanced by pure white and polished reflective surfaces.

The interplay of light and metallic textures creates the optical illusion of a much larger retail shop, visually expanding the space and welcoming coffee-lovers in. Inviting neon signage and product displays are thoughtfully designed to maximize commercial traffic and create effective sales while remaining friendly and accessible. Best Cafes in Toronto
‘Our philosophy is to bring the best coffees from all over the world, which is represented in our multi-roaster concept. I fell in love with coffee and found my passion in the craft,’ says Owner Tony Taza. ‘So I left everything behind and dove deep into the coffee world. I believe that coffee is a delicacy that deserve all the passion, knowledge, skill and precision we put in every cup of coffee. ‘
